You will earn a Certificate in Banking at a NQF level 5 and an Agile Banking Professional credential as part of this program.

Created to assist you in gaining useful work experience, you will have a special chance to become proficient in the following areas:

  • Being aware of Voice Branch’s entire value chain in a call center setting
  • Develop your ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
  • Examine and process data.
  • Comprehending the regulatory and financial environment
  • Answering questions from clients
  • Make sure that all letters and other communications are handled promptly and properly in order to maintain a consistently high level of service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Be a citizen of South Africa
  • be in the age range of 18 to 30.
  • must be to read, write, and speak English.
  • Know how to use a computer.
  • not have a steady job.
  • not be enrolled in any other school.
  • not be enrolled in any other internship or learnership program.
