Minimum experience requirement:

The ideal candidate should have a Grade 12 National Certificate and no prior experience.

Minimum qualifications include client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Qualification (ideal or preferred).
Minimum knowledge requirement:

Basic calculations.
How to Engage with People
Clarity and awareness of one’s own goals, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
Ideal:

Understanding of bank branch surroundings
Internal knowledge of Capitec Bank’s goods and operations.
Skills
Communication Skills
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills
Conditions of Employment
Clear criminal and credit records.
Fingerprints must be detectable/recognisable in Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
