Dis-chem Casual Cashier

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is searching for casual cashiers to help establish a talent pool for their numerous locations. The goal of a strategic talent pool is to have a conveniently available and pre-screened group of people with specified skills, qualifications, or characteristics that qualify them for future career openings at Dis-Chem Pharmacies.

Purpose
Support customer service at the moment of transaction while also providing a world-class shopping experience. Record customer transactions on the Dis-Chem operating system in accordance with corporate policies and standard operating procedures, with zero tolerance for mistakes and the removal of fraud risk.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / Matric.
6 months minimum experience as a till/cashier operator
Computer literate – Microsoft Office
Good numerical skills
Strong mastery of the English language.
Basic client service.
Be willing to work extra retail hours
