Job description

Customer Experience: Handle all customer interactions professionally and effectively. Claims assessment: Evaluate and/or process claims in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ad hoc duties: As needed, offer assistance to customers and the team to ensure ongoing team performance. Compliance and risk management: Ensure that all team activities are carried out in accordance with applicable control and compliance requirements and quality standards.
