The role’s main purpose
The major goal of this position is to provide day-to-day HR administration to the VitalityLife Business Unit, as well as to aid in obtaining and organising essential data sets for the HR team to analyse critical patterns from various initiatives. The job collaborates closely with HRM and HRG to build a supportive and highly successful team.
The selected applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job functions.
Working with HRM and HRG to manage and maintain strong ties between VitalityLife SA and the UK.
Build positive working relationships with VitalityLife SA’s senior stakeholders and employees.
Support HRM on a daily basis by updating and maintaining essential spreadsheets.
Assisting with employee engagement and CSI, including events.
HRA must maintain strong relationships with the Discovery People Community and the various Discovery Business Units to ensure that they are up to date on HR rules, policies, and procedures, as well as Smartpeople and technology.

Qualification and experience Requirements:
Matriculation / Grade 12 is mandatory. Relevant analytics qualification
Completed a human resources degree or equivalent.
Requirements: 1-2 years of HRA experience, with an advantage for systems/IT recruitment
