Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or similar qualification is desired.
Strong understanding and appropriate expertise with tender/BID administration.
Excellent typing skills.
Attention to detail and precision are vital.
The ability to plan and meet deadlines under pressure.
Responsibilities
Create and review tender pricing schedules.
Ensure that all tenders are completed within the specified time frames and standards.
Ensure that the Client’s contractual commitments are met.
Maintain touch with Sales and Operations to ensure that all opportunities are communicated and managed.
Assisting branches with complementary marketing materials, such as profiles.
Be available for customer visits (as required).
On behalf of Management, coordinate with specific departments to manage the prequalification questionnaire and associated documents for clients.
Tender compilation and consolidation, as well as the precise compilation and consolidation of tender costs.On behalf of Management, coordinate with specific departments to manage the prequalification questionnaire and associated documents for clients.
Tender compilation and consolidation, as well as the precise compilation and consolidation of tender costs.
Compilation and aggregation of quotes for branches.
Tender reports are updated monthly for the Department Manager.
Maintain the essential filling system on a monthly basis.
Handover of awarded tenders/contracts.
