To collect printed stuff and add necessary papers as required by corporate rules.

To distribute the sealed envelope in accordance with the appropriate business rules, such as by post, courier, or delivery.

To receive things from both internal and external parties that must be collected or distributed within the firm via the internal mail channel.

To occasionally call receivers and request that they come and get fragile things from the desk.

To print membership cards for members upon request.

To distribute or email the requested papers to the relevant individual.

Qualifications & Experience

The following are the fundamental requirements:

Matric with a C sign in English.

Good communication skills.

Excellent mastery of the English language Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word Good knowledge of the paradigm.

Capable of working swiftly and accurately to meet targets.
