Principal Duty
1. Provide excellent customer service to guarantee that clients enjoy a satisfying shopping experience. Assist clients in finding the goods and products they’re searching for Answer inquiries from clients
2. The duties of a cashier include processing payments by cash and credit cards, handling laybys, processing customer refunds, reporting inconsistencies and issues to the supervisor, and till balance.
3. Merchandising – Assure accurate pricing and display of goods – Verify product availability on the sales floor – Maintain housekeeping – Stay informed about promotions
4. Risk – Participate in stock takes – Make sure products are labeled by business policy – Keep an eye out for shoplifters and fraudulent activity and report any suspicious behavior to Management
