Job description
People will have the opportunity to work on both the service desk and the sales floor of a retail company thanks to the cross-training opportunities offered by the learnership. An important area of focus will be the management of inventory and clients. To be successful in this field, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks, be prepared for exams, and be regarded competent as a cross-trained sales consultant.
What is expected
- Work for at least 120 hours.
- Learn, acquire knowledge, and finish your logbooks.
- Prepare for evaluations
- Assist clients in finding products
- Supplying the shop with goods that adhere to the MBP criteria
- POS system payments and purchases
- Establishing fresh accounts
- Preserving and managing stock
- Strengthening ties with consumers
- Preserving the safety and security of customers
Requirements
- Have at least grade 10
- Must have a passion for retail.
