Duties and Responsibilities in Activities:

– Preparation and vetting of automobiles.

– Vehicle verification for compliance.

– Vehicle loading onto the system to confirm readiness.

– Ensuring and reducing events related to health, safety, and security.

– Planning vehicle loading schedules.

– Carrying out the load schedule.

– Debriefing the cargo and ensuring that deliveries are planned in advance.

– Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

– Accruals must be processed.

– Verification of loads and processing of bills.

– Ensuring benchmarking and loading of transport rates.
