Job description
In order to maintain a branch income statement and balance sheet that is sustainable and profitable and to instill a strong client-focused culture, it is important to manage and develop all of the branch’s resources (people, processes, and systems).
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Commerce (FAIS qualification)
Experience
- Must have 5-7 years of experience working with branch systems, goods, and procedures As part of having led a team, experience with coaching approaches would be advantageous
