About the Programme:
The 12-month curriculum will provide a theoretical component that is aligned to a NQF Learnership program and hands-on on-the-job training to enhance entry-level learners’ abilities and performance at work. It offers the fundamentals of reading, numeracy, communication, computing, and fundamentals of business.
It is appropriate for individuals with a Grade 12 diploma to build critical professional skills. In order to improve managers’ and departments’ overall effectiveness during the practical component, learners will offer administrative support. This will help them get ready for the workforce.
Entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, business accounting, math literacy, communication skills, and computer skills will all be covered in the theoretical portion.
