Job Description: Learnership at NQF Level 2 (AbaQulisi Mall, Broadwalk Shopping Centre, Devenpoort Square, Empangeni Shopping Centre, Galleria, Gameview Shopping Centre, Jozini Mall, Kokstad Mall, Kwa Dukuza Mall, midlands, Midway Crossing, Mtuba Mall, Musgrave Mall, New Castle Mall, Oribi Plaza, Pinetown Sanlam Centre, Shelly Beach Centre, The Bluff Shopping Centre, The Oval Shopping Centre, The Workshop, and Umlazi Mega City).

Modules covered within the 12-month period:

Understand the retail supply chain.
Resolving consumer inquiries and complaints.
Merchandising and maintaining displays
Implementing Promotional Instructions
Recommend and process stock orders
Counting stock and increasing returns.
Numeracy
Literacy
After successfully completing this qualification, students will be eligible to:

Understand the sector where they work.
Ensure that consumers receive excellent service.
Operate successfully and efficiently within their area of expertise.
Minimum entry criteria:

Passed Grade 12
Communication competency at Grade 12 (passed English First or Second Language)
Grade 12 numeracy competency (passed Mathematics Literacy or Mathematics) for those aged 18-33.
