Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales
• Respond to customers within 30 seconds.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Determine their needs and use technical knowledge to demonstrate benefits.
• Close the sale and secure additional sales.
• Track daily sales against budget every few hours.

Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Crocs products preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts
