Qualifications 

Successful candidates will have to meet the following criteria:

• BSc Food Science,
• Consumer Science,
• Microbiology,
• Food Technology,
• Advanced Diploma in Quality,
• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts

Also

1. Should have 60%+ Aggregate
2. Must be in 2nd to 4th academic year
3. Should be a SA citizen
4. No older than 27 years of age.
