The main goal of this position is to manage the packaging process to minimize product quality variations and maximize throughput while minimizing waste.

Requirement:
Have matric certificate
being able to work shifts

practical knowledge of a packaging process environment
Alert and fast to act in circumstances that spin out of control
ability to solve problems with attention to detail

Important results and obligations:

Operation of the packaging process
Machine start-up, shutdown, and operation Operation, including the management of trash
A new brand and pack
uphold a secure and healthy workplace
thorough cleaning and basic maintenance
keeping track of process performance
Performing Quality Inspections
keeping an eye on the production process and the inputs
Taking the appropriate action
Communication with consumers and suppliers and team participation
helping with problem-solving
