In-Service Training Opportunities (Ba-Phalaborwa Communities)

The Ba-Phalaborwa Communities are therefore invited to apply for the In-Service Development Program by Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd. The chance is meant to help University of Technologies pupils gain the professional experience they need to earn their National Diploma. Candidates who are chosen will sign a 12-month contract for in-service training with Palabora Copper.

There are opportunities for in-service training in the following disciplines:

Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Control / Instrumentation, Analytical Chemistry, and Mechanical Engineering.

Education Requirement:

Must be a citizen of South Africa.
must have finished all S4 courses.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and have no criminal history.
Have never participated in an In-Service Training Program before and are now unemployed.
