Responsibilities & Duties:
*In-person consumers and dealers are assisted by the front desk and reception.
*Upkeep of office equipment
*Act as a point of contact between the branch and the headquarters
*Oversee the upkeep and organizing of office supplies and equipment.
*Help with general administrative tasks
Skills:
*Precise focus on detail
*Good customer service abilities under pressure
*Take the initiative to solve problems on your own Be able to follow directions from others and be organized
*Superior listening abilities
*Exemplary telephone manners
*Dispute Resolution
Additional Requirements :
*Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
*Zero criminal history
*References that can be reached and truthful history
