What services does the Graduate Development Program for the MBSA provide?
– practical experience that is pertinent to your subject of study

Qualification
– Applicants who received their degrees within the past three years and who are South African citizens or permanent residents
– Newly graduated individuals in the following career streams who have earned a complete NQF 6 or higher:
Engineering in mechanical, electrical, and industrial fields
Software development, computer engineering, and information technology, etc.
Law, Legal and Compliance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources
Business studies courses on sales, customer service, marketing, and communications
What standards apply?
– A relevant tertiary degree with a pass rate of 65% or higher will be advantageous.
