Academic Requirements
• A completed degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant qualification in HR/Industrial Psychology and Grade 12 with math and literacy.
Technical and soft skills requirements:
• Must be able to work under pressure;
• Must be deadline and results driven;
• Must be computer literate and skilled in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Analytical Thinker;
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal communication skills;

• Understanding and carrying out assignments independently
