Minimum requirements:
Excellent communication abilities.
Matric certificate, or equivalent
A clear criminal record.
Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
At least two years of administrative experience.
Having a background in administration or office management is advantageous.
Must be willing to work overtime if required.
Owning transport is advantageous.
Key Performance Areas (not quite inclusive):
Maintaining an adequate filling system and document management, including archiving.
Answering the phone and receiving messages
Assisting the Recruitment department with new hire onboarding (e.g., creating documentation, planning orientation agendas, etc); contacting and following up with candidates during the recruitment process.
Dealing with internal and external inquiries
Taking meeting minutes.
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager as needed.
Processing daily hours and submitting sheets to payroll.
Submit your pay queries
Achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines (emails, task sheets, templates).
Processing daily dedicated car data, as well as monthly hours and kilometres for billing.
Processing and printing monthly code lists and data for clients.
Order uniforms, beverages, cleaning supplies, stationery, and identification cards.
General clerical duties.
