Coca-Cola Learnership Program

You are cordially invited to apply for an Operations Learnership at Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB). After completing the learnership satisfactorily, learners will receive a Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management (NQF 4).

Throughout the year, learners will complete theory components and turn in portfolios at training events held off-site. Students will obtain important real-world work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry outside of the classroom.

The show places special emphasis on:

Use leadership principles in a professional setting.
Encourage and assemble a group.
Make choices, solve issues, and put answers into action.
Determine the duties of a team leader while making sure that organizational requirements are fulfilled.
Make time and work for yourself and your team a priority.
Use a methodical technique to accomplish goals.
Keep an eye on the quality of service provided to various clients.
In the workplace, abide by the organization’s code of conduct.
Have a meeting that is organized.
Control spending in relation to a budget.
Education, Experience, and Skills

completed the National Senior Certificate in Grade 12
Citizens of South Africa
Experience is not necessary.
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Computer-savvy
Committed to acquiring new abilities
jobless and able to dedicate themselves to the 12-month learnership program.
