Job Description and Responsibilities:

Increase sales with specialised product knowledge and selling techniques.
Exceed client expectations by providing specialised services, and optimise sales interactions by showcasing products to customers.
Implement stock loss controls in the store.
Ensure that individual targets are routinely reached.
Understand, embrace, and adhere to all corporate regulations and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, adhere to our visual merchandising standards, and find chances for sales.
Assisting, teaching, and educating fellow team members about items.
Ability to work weekends and late hours as needed by the firm, including high trading periods and public holidays.

Minimum requirements:

2–3 years of retail experience.
Matric or equivalent
Qualifications include a clean criminal background and good communication skills.
Microsoft – Computer proficiency
Enjoy the outdoors via hiking, camping, going on trail runs, and so on.
Training academies sign off. (For Internal)
Passionate about technical products.
Product specialist expertise will be beneficial
