Job Description:
Introduction
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. The Training Administrator will be in charge of coordinating, organising, and tracking all training programmes and initiatives for the organisation. This position necessitates outstanding organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication talents.
Description:
– Create and maintain training calendars and schedules
– Track training completion and keep accurate records of employee training history
– Help develop training materials (video and digital) and resources on Axonify
– Communicate training schedules and requirements to employees and managers
– Evaluate training programmes and recommend improvements
– Conduct post-training evaluations and collect feedback from participants
Comprehensive understanding of a number of training systems/platforms.
– A thorough understanding of JD Group policies, practices, processes, and systems.
– Understanding of the JD Group’s operational model
– Understanding of best practices in facilitation, skill development, and workplace skill planning ideas and approaches.
Minimum requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in training administration or a similar role
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
– Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to finding and resolving difficulties.
