. Delivering TOP-notch customer service to make the customer’s experience WOW
. Attend to each customer’s specific demands when they shop, and always prioritise the needs of the customer
. Making certain that clients receive timely and pertinent assistance over the phone and on the sales floor
. Follow all fundamental guidelines for client service
. Ascertaining the needs of clients and providing guidance on the range, cost, and guarantees of products
. Giving customers product demonstrations, explanations, and advice.

Minimise stock losses

. Reduce expenses in the area of responsibility.

Entry Requirement:

1. Matric Certificate.
2. Six months of retail experience.
3. To work shifts, you must have your own or a trustworthy vehicle.

General

1. To perform any other related duties requested by senior management.
2. To complete all obligatory and service training as required.
3. Ensuring information confidentiality. 4. Conducting frequent appraisals and personal development reviews.
5. Ensure compliance with current SOPs. 6. Support the implementation of new technology and methods.
