There is a current opening at Nissan  Multifranchise for an Administrator: Non-Technical Service Advisor position. Serving as an interface between the technical team and the customer to guarantee cost-effective repairs and high-quality service is the role’s main goal. It also involves providing customers with timely and high-quality service related to vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.

The Responsibility:

Make sure clients feel appreciated by greeting them in a kind and professional manner.

Effectively engage and communicate with consumers, providing clear and relevant explanations of service specifics and involving service technicians as needed.

Increase consumer knowledge of all offered goods and services.

Minimum requirements for experience and qualifications:

Matric

driver’s license that is valid without endorsements and can drive safely and lawfully.
