Job Description:

Purpose of the role.

The ideal applicant for this position will be in charge of converting consumers that visit the showroom into sales through tangible product demonstrations while fulfilling sales targets, as well as facilitating order captures, paperwork gathering, and administration. To be able to market the characteristics and benefits of each product and category, you must first determine our clients’ urgent needs and have a comprehensive understanding of product pricing and offers as they relate to the catalogue. You will also resolve customer inquiries and process payments, refunds, and credits.

Maintain quality standards.

Always ensure that the right information is communicated to customers.
Accurately capture the relevant information and ensure timely administration and reporting in compliance with policies and procedures.
Follow policies, processes, all company standards, and regulations.
Ensure that your look is compatible with staff policy, are using staff uniforms and name badges given by HomeChoice.
Housekeeping
Dusting the displays
Wiping of CS and customer touch points (Hourly Covid)
Mopping the floor
Sweeping and vacuuming the floors.
New Business activations
Influence the public to come into your store. Engage the public on products and campaigns.
Returns and administration

Job requirements

Grade 12/Matric/NQF Level 3 or NQF Level 4 (minimum requirement)
Requirements: 1 year of retail experience, availability for shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
Working in the homeware retail industry would be beneficial.
