Job Description.
Dis-Chem Pharmacies seeks an experienced Cashier for their Corkwood Square – Uitenhage location.To enhance customer assistance at the moment of transaction while providing a world-class shopping experience. Record customer transactions on the Dis-Chem operating system in accordance with corporate policies and standard operating procedures, with zero tolerance for mistakes and the removal of fraud risk.

Minimum Requirements: Essential

Grade 12 / Matric.
A minimum of 6 months of experience as a cashier or till operator.
Computer literate – Microsoft Office
Good numerical skills
Fluent in English and basic customer service skills.
Willing and capable of working retail hours

Job Description:

Follow Dis-Chem’s customer service rules and procedures.
Develop a professional relationship with customers.
Must report client concerns and compliments to the supervisor or store management.
Stick to the customer turnover hourly rate.
