Motus Renault Bryanston is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Trainee: Sales

Your role as a sales assistant/trainee is to advise customers and provide specific solutions. You will receive comprehensive product training to enable you to learn about the various models, equipment, and choices. You will learn how to create and nurture client connections by providing an amazing customer experience, as well as how to sell effectively.

As a sales assistant/trainee, you have the ability to grow and enhance your career. We help you improve your abilities and reach your goals by providing regular feedback, mentorship, coaching, and chances for continuing education.

Role Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

 

Assist with customer and sales management.

Assist in developing the firm so that it meets its monthly sales targets.

Assist in driving specific initiatives to retain and grow the existing customer base.

Assist in prospecting for new consumers and maintaining existing ones.

Assist in the sale of car features and perks.

Assist with handling consumer inquiries and objections.

Manage consumer expectations to ensure that services are delivered efficiently.

Social media marketing, as well as promotions on acceptable digital platforms.

Attend regular sales meetings.

Attend all essential company and OEM training courses, as well as any additional developmental courses that are necessary.

QualificationsExperience

 

Minimum of Grade 12 or Matric

0 – 1 year experience

Valid driver’s licence.

Skills and Personal Attributes

Computer literacy is vital.
