Your duties as a Young Professional In Training include observing various staff members, taking part in educational opportunities, and attending meetings and workshops within the ICT department.
For a period of 24 months, he or she will be trained, aided, mentored, and developed in areas like software development under the guidance of an experienced Manager or Specialist.

ICT Governance, Risk, and Security.
Job shadowing and operational support are provided in alignment with certain growth goals.
Qualifications: A B-Degree or a 3-year diploma in computer science, information technology, or computer engineering
Competencies:
knowledge of the lifecycles of software development
having knowledge of agile approaches
programming dialects
strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
knowledge of reporting for business intelligence
