Your duties as a Young Professional in Training involve learning from and observing various staff members.
the following deliverables through participating in meetings and workshops, traveling to different workplaces, and gaining practical experience:
Management of Leases and Tenants
Marketing of Real Estate Facilities Administration
Accounting and Credit Management
Management of Non-Gross Lettable Area (Non-GLA)Competencies
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in property studies, property valuation, or a field closely related to real estate.
Encouraged are national diplomas in real estate studies (NQF 6).
Having postgraduate degrees is a benefit.
The addition of some professional experience would be beneficial.
A growth mindset and an optimistic outlook are prerequisites.
