Introduction

A Representative: Customer Services is needed by TRACKER for the Western Cape region. The chosen applicant will be in charge of all corresponding sales support tasks for the Cape Town Sales Support Department.

Job description

  • Processing sales agreements obtained from customers, sales representatives, and business partners
  • Fitments for Tracker, Fitment Centers, and in-house technicians are scheduled
  • Planned Business Services as necessary, requests
  • Relocating technicians for planned tasks as necessary
  • Tech assistance
  • Preserving the effectiveness of the technicians’ scheduled tasks
  • Monitoring the loading of the contracts that Brokers, Dealers, Fitment Centers, and Sales Consultants have submitted
  • Statistics should be made available to Sales Consultants, Fitment Centers, Brokers, and Dealers.
  • Respond to any inquiries from clients, fitting rooms, dealers, brokers, and sales consultants by looking into them, referring them to the appropriate department, and following up until the issue is handled.
  • Be sure to accurately record the Lead
  • Sources and Pricing Sources.
  • Providing proof of insurance
    help and take care of incoming calls
    communicate with brokers

Requirements

  1. Matric certificate
  2. At least two years of managerial experience
    Prior knowledge in the tracking or logistics industries would be useful.
  3. Mastery of Microsoft Office and Outlook
    We Have You. at home on the roads On Earth.
