The successful candidate will be required to provide direct service at the facility level to the Department of Health in order to complete data-related administrative tasks, collect patient files, provide defaulter reports, and compile monthly statistics.

Key duties and Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into all database platforms, such as TIER.Net and other Department of Health database applications.
• Conduct data quality audits and assessments under the strict supervision of the M&E Officer.
• Perform monthly data validations on data collected from DHIS, Tier.net, and TB modules/ETR/Redcap using the recommended tools.
• Help the facility Data Capturers fill out run charts for DIP elements.
• Update the defaulter tracing tool with CHW and CLO tracing results.
• Ad-hoc and regular weekly data collection from facilities by all Anova Team Members in the sub-District must be coordinated.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

• Grade 12.
• An advantage is having a tertiary degree.
  TIER.Net experience of at least two years.
• Living in the Sedibeng catchment region has many benefits.
• Competency in data capture gained through training or experience.
• Quick and precise data capture abilities.
• Excellent organizing and administrative skills.
• Communication and facilitation skills.
  speaks English well as other South African official languages.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and of Outlook.
