Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supporting all facets of the purchasing process administratively.
- Ensuring that orders are entered into the purchasing system promptly.
- Maintaining the sample room’s control system.
- Spreadsheet and report compilation, balancing, and updating.
- Maintaining sample audits and quality assurance controls.
- Establishing positive, cooperative relationships with suppliers.
- All planning before presentations
- General office management and special projects as requested by the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
The chosen applicant must:
- Possess excellent coordination, be well organized, and have a strong grasp of numbers.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to establish and develop working relationships, and be willing to help out in the department as needed.
- Be proactive, energetic, and driven by your own motivation.
- Have a lot of energy
- Posses the capacity for multitasking and flexibility
- Excel under pressure and approach work with a problem-solving mentality
- Ability to work with a team and remain productive under pressure Possession of an optimistic outlook
- Possess a Matriculation certificate as a minimum
- Know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel (ODBMS would be advantageous)
