Although it is not necessary to have prior research expertise, having knowledge or experience of in-house media planning as well as a natural affinity for quantitative research, qualitative research, and brand creation would be definitely advantageous. Instead, we’re searching for people who are passionate about brands and advertising, curious about what consumers think and feel, and eager to offer customers advice on how to strengthen their brand’s performance in the marketplace.
The KGP’s expectations for you
The year will be spent by successful candidates learning the following skills:
carrying out general project management
To create and maintain knowledge files, learn about the marketplaces of your clients.
establishing and managing research initiatives under supervision in collaboration with line managers
fostering effective day-to-day collaboration with the operational divisions to enable efficient cross-departmental project management
assembling and inspecting research and fieldwork materials, as well as specking and inspecting data, charts, and code frames
putting market research techniques to use, including questionnaire design, management, initial data analysis, and report writing
reviewing and editing presentations
delivering internal presentations and research findings for client meetings
