Making sure that all workshop process administration is handled effectively is the primary goal of the position.
Work Goals:
Administration of warranties and maintenance
• Make sure that claims for maintenance and warranties are timely filed in compliance with the maintenance guidelines and warranty binder.
• Make sure the rejection rate is zero.
• Ensure that parts are disposed of in line with policies and instructions.
• Verify that every part in the claim store has a clear marking by the applicable protocols.
• Verify that all pertinent paperwork, such as job cards with photos, protocols, defect reports, sublet invoices, and so forth, is accurate and has a backup.
• Verify that the task card is assigned to the appropriate account, such as the customer, warranty, or maintenance contract.
Requirement & Work Experience
N3 or Matric, or similar.
Computer Proficiency.
