Ensure that the network, internet, mail connectivity, SAP, Portsonline, Business Online, and equipment dependability are all operational.
Making optimal use of hardware and software tools to enable effective business processes.
Ensure the availability of servers and important small systems.
managing user data backups on laptops, IPADs, mobile phones, and tiny systems. control over backup tapes and off-site storage facilities
Maintain the storage servers’ availability and uptime.
sustaining and putting into practice IMS security measures.
the provision of technical support services for TNPA through basic and complex problem analysis, diagnosis, and resolution.
challenges with servers, in-house business applications, networks, servers, and software that clients encounter.
Experience & Education:
Education 3 Year Diploma in Information Technology
