Qualified applicants will receive a six-month contract to work for one of our retail brands and will receive upskilling in a range of in-store retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Being an ambassador for our TFG brands and giving our customers incredible retail experiences
- Identifying and offering the greatest service to customers can help you surpass their expectations.
- Become familiar with and stay up with our varied offering of products, as well as the newest design and fashion trends.
- Seeking out potential new sales possibilities
actively reaching sales goals while - Monitoring actual results compared to targets
- Ensure the store is always prepared for customers by helping with general cleanliness and stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Between the aged between 18 and 28
must possess a Matric certificate - English and math must be passed.
- A smartphone is needed to enter online e-learning modules.
- Unemployed and willing to learn using an online learning platform
- A conscientious temperament and a love of shopping
- Committed to participation in TFG’s
- Internship program for six months.
- An excellent work ethic
- A love of providing exceptional customer service
- Be a citizen of South Africa.
