Job description 

Taking walk-in customers’ requests for any cash-related services (such as teller, ATM, and Moneygram) and accurately assessing and understanding them so that one can respond to them in a way that consistently gives the customer what they want while staying within the bounds of the bank’s financial offerings.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate
  • National Certification in Banking

Experience

  • 1-2 years of prior banking experience; familiarity of the bank’s policies and procedures regarding bulk cash, ATMs, and front-line service.
  • Familiar with the legal ramifications of handling money.
  • Understanding the duties of the branch’s other departments
  • Retail knowledge
