Job descriptionÂ
Taking walk-in customers’ requests for any cash-related services (such as teller, ATM, and Moneygram) and accurately assessing and understanding them so that one can respond to them in a way that consistently gives the customer what they want while staying within the bounds of the bank’s financial offerings.
Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- National Certification in Banking
Experience
- 1-2 years of prior banking experience; familiarity of the bank’s policies and procedures regarding bulk cash, ATMs, and front-line service.
- Familiar with the legal ramifications of handling money.
- Understanding the duties of the branch’s other departments
- Retail knowledge
