Important Responsibilities:

Underground Hard Rock Supervisor Operations Certificate for Learners (NQF Level 4) Those who achieve this certificate will be outfitted with the necessary skills to oversee effective and safe blasting and other mining-related activities in an underground setting.

Minimum requirement
Relevant N2 qualification for the trade of plater or welder.
The Sibanye Stillwater Academy requires applicants to submit a fully filled online application form, record of service, CV, certified copies of ID, qualifications, and a statement of results. (N2 is required to have completed the required coursework for the discipline.)
