Premier industrial engineering graduate

Job Description.
As an Industrial Engineering graduate in our confectionery environment, you will receive hands-on experience with manufacturing processes.

During this period, you will work in our Continuous Improvement Department, supporting Production and Operational Developments while also learning soft skills like facilitation, time management, and teamwork.

You will be exposed to real-world work in our production settings, as well as commercial projects and initiatives.

You will receive applicable training and coaching, including both formal and informal guidance.

Requirements

Grade 12

Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.

Experience
No experience required for this position.

This is a 12-month graduate programme that will introduce the graduate to practical work.
