The objective of the position

To oversee the front desk of a Fitment Center by offering all customers and staff professional operational support as well as general business advice, all while assuring adherence to the company identity, operating standards, and business processes and procedures. to make sure all internal sales are completed and the right amount of money is collected.

Minimum requirement: 
Matric

Computer literacy knowledge
outstanding telephone skills
superior interpersonal abilities
outstanding customer service

Skills
Windows Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Determine and address issues
Handling and engaging with clients, employees, coworkers, franchisees, and suppliers requires interpersonal communication skills.
analyze and implement better techniques for serving consumers efficiently
