Pedros Maintenance Supervisor

EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:

oversees the maintenance department’s daily activities.

evaluates systems or facilities to identify necessary maintenance or repairs

to determine work assignments and project timetables, evaluates construction systems.

Inspection of facilities on a regular basis to identify issues and essential upkeep

Create maintenance schedules for each week and assign duties.

maintain and inspect the building

general upkeep, such as plumbing, heavy-duty electrical work, etc.

oversees the maintenance department’s daily activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Electrical, plumbing, trade exams, and general maintenance certificates/diploma

Experienced in general plumbing and maintenance, as well as electrical work, is required
