Job Description.

We are searching for bright, eager young learners to join our Amathuba Learnership programme. The programme provides learners with the opportunity to complete the Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification and gain on-the-job experience. The Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification is recognised and FSP approved. Participating in our Learnerships opens the door to a variety of employment opportunities, including underwriting, financial investment advisors, and insurance brokerage.

Learners will be assigned a mentor to provide advice and ensure their success in their roles.
Learners will get workplace and classroom experience over the course of 12 months.
Learners will be asked to keep a journal during their learning experience.
Learners will be exposed to a variety of financial products, legislation, and business ethics.
Students will participate in spectacular Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects.

Requirements:

South African citizen aged between 18 and 28.
Currently unemployed and not pursuing another qualification at another educational institution.
Not previously enrolled in a wealth management NQF4 learnership programme. Must have completed grade 12 or equivalent.
obtained the following marks: English (50% or over), an official second language (50% or over), pure math (50% or over), or math literacy (50% or over).
Able to begin the Amathuba Learnership programme on March 1, 2024
