Job description 

To join our team at our Branch and help with walk-in clients and administrative tasks, we are searching for an energetic, amiable, and fully multilingual receptionist/administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. In charge of the switchboard
  2. Help any individuals that come in on their own
  3. Weekly meeting attendence
  4. Involvement in weekly meetings
    ordering stationery and filing

Qualifications and Skills

  • Grade 12
  • Experience in Reception/Administrative will be beneficial
  • Literate in computers
  • Has never been convicted of a crime
  • Extroverted and amiable character under duress.
