Your position and obligations

Young individuals can enter the ICT industry and workplace through the IBMSA B-BBEE Skills Development Learnership Intern Program, which helps them gain a deeper understanding of workplace procedures. Individuals who successfully finish the program receive a Systems Development National Qualifications Framework (NQF) accreditation.

We only partner with the best education providers in the subject field. Should you accept the Learnership Programme, you’ll be an employee of a 24-month program featuring goals and accreditation, including internationally recognized credentials. This will give you with ample experience on various platforms and allow you to make informed choices regarding your career.

Education Requirement:

Must have Grade 12/Matric with mathematics.
