Concerning the role and purpose of the work

Acquire the skills necessary to complete a variety of administrative tasks and assist the HR team in providing a reliable HR administration solution that enables the company to meet its strategic goals.

Assignments

Letters: pay changes, employment confirmation, promotions
reporting and data analytics.
Employee onboarding
Employee offboarding (managing leave documentation)
Finishing the onboarding paperwork
Make pay stubs.
Administration of medical assistance (modification of programs)
Management of records (e-filing)
Statements from pension funds and provident funds distributed
Taking minutes during meetings
Relationships between suppliers and HR service delivery and payments
different ad hoc tasks

Requirements
Applicants have to be at least 18.

Requires N3/Grade 12/Matric certification completion.

No criminal history.
