Dis-chem Cashier

Minimum Requirements: Essential

Grade 12 / Matric.
6 months of experience as a cashier or till operator.
Computer literate – Microsoft Office
Good numerical skills
Proficient in English and basic customer service skills.
Willing and capable of working retail hours

Job Description:
Always Follow Dis-Chem’s customer service rules and procedures.
Develop a professional relationship with customers.
Ensure that you report client concerns and compliments to the frontline supervisor or store management.
Stick to the customer turnover hourly rate.
Be informed of the latest sales and promotions.
Make sure that all colleagues and clients are not at risk.
Implement and administer Dis-Chem 5 star communication concepts.
Be responsible for cash flow.
All line voids and price adjustments must be approved and signed off by the supervisor
