Colgate 2023 Graduate program

Early-career graduates have the chance to begin their development & advancement path in our Customer Services and Logistics Function thanks to Colgate-Palmolive South Africa’s program.

Project assignments will allow successful candidates to gain learning experience. Based on performance and organizational needs, the CS&L Trainee may be given a permanent position in the company after successfully completing the 24-month program.

Education, practical knowledge, and skills Required:

A minimum of a B.Com. with Honors in either;
Logistics
Chain of Supply

0–2 years of professional experience

Key skills required:

• analytic and problem-solving abilities
• capable of working well in a team-oriented setting, strong leader who is results-focused
• Excellent project management, team building, and implementation skills
• Outspoken
