Our Manufacturing & Technical department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) offers a lot of opportunities. In order to package learnership opportunities in our numerous CCBSA locations, we are seeking young, talented candidates. The Training Controller will receive direct reports from the chosen applicant.
The primary objective
This qualification will promote the learner’s overall development in the food and beverage packaging environment by providing recognition, enhanced mobility, and portability in the fast-moving consumer products sector and beverage production field. The National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging and the NQF Level 3 Learnership will be completed by the students.
Principal Tasks and Obligations for Learnership:
The student will encounter:
Procedures and techniques for bottling
Standards for housekeeping and safety
Tests and criteria for quality
Procedures for managing food
ESSENTIAL FEATURES AND SKILLS
Self-driven
The capacity to pay close attention to details and work well in groups
Capacity to collaborate well with others
Qualifications in Education, Experience, and Skills
Grade 12/Matric
ADDITIONAL NEEDS
A South African citizen is required.
The candidate must be an Employment Equity candidate.
The candidate must have been between the ages of 18 and 35 and jobless at the time of appointment.
Applicants need to be ready to commit to a 12-month learnership program.
